Oriental Medicine, including acupuncture, is an evidence-based healing practice, over 3,500 years old. Practitioners view disease as physical expressions of an imbalance within the body. A wholistic assessment followed by the use of acupuncture, herbs, cupping or moxabution can provide healing by restoring the underlying energy balance in a sustaining manner.

She helped me feel alive, calm and hopeful."---Tammi, cancer patient

Spiritual Direction is a time-honored interfaith practice to accompany people as they seek clearness on an issue, look for meaning, deepen their relationship with God/Spirit, and discern how to live their lives based on this relationship. By listening and reflecting back, the spiritual director (facilitator, companion) helps the directee (seeker) to live into the wholeness of who he or she is, mindful of the common good, in connection with Spirit.

FOR YOUR PEACE: Public Bench Project
Overlooking Los Angeles basin   For you to enjoy   At the dedication   Bench at trailhead to Echo Mountain
We donated two public benches for everyone to enjoy. To reach them drive to the top of Lake Ave where it meets Loma Alta Dr in Altadena. The first bench overlooks a meadow and is located by the trailhead to Echo Mountain, a short walk from the gate at Lake Ave and Loma Alta Dr. To reach the second bench, follow the signs to the Altadena Crest Trail. It offers a fantastic view over the Los Angeles basin and as far as Catalina Island. It is about a 15-minute walk from the gate.
